Aktsiaselts Cresco Väärtpaberid (bankrupt)

On 11 June 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Guarantee Fund decided to compensate customers of AS Cresco Väärtpaberid (registry code10093327) for their investments pursuant to the procedure provided in the Guarantee Fund Act as the Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority revoked the authorization of the investment company. The Guarantee Fund compensates investments of up to 20,000 euros per customer. AS Cresco Väärtpaberid was declared bankrupt by Harju County Court ruling of 12 July 2024.

The Guarantee Fund has paid out compensations totalling 100,000 euros to five customers of AS Cresco Väärtpaberid via AS LHV Pank as the agent bank.
