PrintFund participants - investment institutions
Fund participants of the Investor Protection Sectoral Fund are:
Investment institutions registered in Estonia and Estonian branches of foreign investment institutions (except Estonian branches of foreign investment institutions whose investments are guaranteed and compensated for under the guarantee scheme of the investment institution's country of location to the same or larger extent than stipulated in the Guarantee Fund Act).
Investment institutions are the following institutions that provide investment services on the basis of activity licenses issued by the Financial Supervision Authority:
- credit institutions;
- investment firms; and
- management companies.
Management companies must hold activity licenses issued by the Financial Supervision Authority with the right to provide securities portfolio management or securities safekeeping services.
